Bio: Dr. Joos has been providing excellent pediatric care for over 43 years. He takes special care care providing for every individual’s unique needs and loves helping the children of East Texas live healthier lives. When he’s not caring for patients, Richard enjoys spending time with his wife and children, studying history, and following baseball.
