Lexi Monds, FNP is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care across all stages of women’s health. With a strong background in labor and delivery, she brings valuable expertise in fetal heart monitoring, developing personalized care plans, and managing high-acuity obstetric patients. Lexi offers a full spectrum of women’s health services with a focus on comfort, safety, and continuity of care.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in Minneapolis and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in Addison, Illinois.

Lexi is proud to offer expert care in a setting that’s close to home—helping women feel confident and supported every step of the way.
