Jessica Bright, LPC-S, RPT-S

Jessica Bright has been guiding children, adolescents, and adults toward healthier, more resilient lives since 2017. As a Licensed Professional Counselor‑Supervisor and Registered Play Therapist‑Supervisor, she offers developmentally attuned counseling and play therapy to clients as young as three.

Jessica tailors treatment using evidence‑based modalities—including Brainspotting, EMDR, and sandtray therapy—to address anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse recovery, life transitions, and behavioral challenges. Her integrative, trauma‑informed style combines deep clinical expertise with creativity and play, helping clients process difficult experiences in age‑appropriate and emotionally safe ways.

She holds an Educational Specialist and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Jacksonville State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from The University of Texas at Tyler. Board‑certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors, Jessica is also an invited speaker at national and international conferences on play therapy, sandtray therapy, and trauma treatment—reflecting both her mastery of these specialties and her commitment to advancing the field.

Jessica’s clients describe her therapy room as warm, welcoming, and filled with genuine care—a space where every voice is heard. After hours, she recharges by cheering at her children’s sporting events, experimenting in the kitchen, crafting handmade projects, and relaxing with her family and pets.
