Drew Womack, RN
Drew Womack serves as Chief Operations and Compliance Officer at Wellness Pointe, where he leads initiatives across operations, quality, and regulatory compliance. In his role, Drew works collaboratively with directors, practice coordinators, and frontline staff to optimize daily workflows and support the organization’s strategic growth. He plays a key role in facility development, quality improvement, and compliance reporting to ensure excellence in patient care and accountability to public stakeholders.
With a clinical background rooted in nursing and operating room leadership, Drew brings a hands-on understanding of patient care to his executive responsibilities. His prior roles include outpatient procedural manager and clinical coordinator, and he has long been recognized for his ability to translate frontline feedback into sustainable operational improvements.
A native of East Texas, Drew is committed to his community both professionally and personally. He is President of the Bill Womack Memorial Cancer Care Foundation and actively contributes to regional initiatives such as the Greater Longview Optimal Wellness steering committee. He also serves in an advisory capacity for Downtown Longview.
Drew’s leadership is grounded in accountability, transparency, and a deep personal faith. He views his work at Wellness Pointe not just as a career, but as a calling to serve the underserved with compassion and excellence.
Outside of work, Drew is a devoted husband and father, youth sports coach, and musician. He finds joy in community involvement, mentoring, and making a positive difference wherever he can.
