Chad Jones
Chief Executive Officer Chad Jones is an East Texas native with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Mr. Jones began his healthcare career as a front line acute care clinician before moving into escalating leadership positions. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from LeTourneau University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Texas A&M system. Mr. Jones has served in volunteer and Board positions for numerous organizations including the Greater Longview United Way, Longview Chamber of Commerce, American College of Healthcare Executives, Education by Design, LeTourneau University’s President’s Advisory Council, Women’s Health & Family Planning Association of Texas, and the Texas Association of Community Health Centers. Mr. Jones has been a featured speaker at the regional, state, and national meetings on topics ranging from the use of data analytics to guide operational decision making to the impact of workplace behavioral characteristics on interpersonal communication.
